1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our catering and event planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Basit Events & Wedding Planner provides event management, catering, decoration, and related services in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and surrounding areas. The specific details, menus, and costs will be agreed upon in a formal contract or invoice prior to your event.

3. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the event, as specified in your contract.
• Guest counts must be finalized at least 7 days before the event. You will be billed based on this final count, even if fewer guests attend.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations made within a certain timeframe prior to the event may incur penalties or loss of deposit. Significant changes to the menu or guest count close to the event date may not be accommodated and could result in additional charges.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and success of your event, Basit Events is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue issues, or force majeure events.
